Fact of the Day

More Information

To outsiders, the use of cow urine to cure everything from a headache to AIDS is obviously quack science. But to many Indians it is thought of as indisputable fact. This is partly because the ancient scripts of Hinduism mention cow pee and cow dung as medicinal cure-alls (mainly because cows are considered sacred there).
Sacred cow preservationists are the one's selling and profiting from the bottled cow urine. Besides simply ingesting the stuff, people have been known to rub it into their skin and also to bathe their young children in it to purify and rejuvenate.
Disgustingly, this is a link to a site that offers the treatment therapy which typically takes many months of ingesting cow excretions to see results.
