Fact of the Day More Information In 1973, candy maker Roland Ohisson of Falkenberg was very into what he did for a living. As a tribute, when he passed on his coffin was made entirely of chocolate. After being discovered from the Aztecs in the new world, the European chocolate industry exploded. Then a man decided to add milk to the the mix, and created the ever-popular milk chocolate we know today. Unfortunately for him, he sold it to Nestle, his next-door-neighbor at the time.
